For all customers, product returns, if allowed, must be made within 30 days from date of delivery, unless otherwise indicated. Returns if approved may be subject to restocking and or handling charges. Shipping cost are solely at customers expense. All returns must be accompanied with a reason for return, original invoice, and appropriate packaging to avoid damage in shipping.
All products are covered under manufacturer's warranty. All warranty requests should be submitted through our service department.
Damage, shortages and discrepancies must be reported to our sales department within 48 hours of delivery. If package is damaged it must be reported immediately to the shipping provider.
